Early access for pilot customers

Hand over the repetitive work.

HoneyBot takes on recurring tasks in apps, browsers and content production – on real phones, in browsers or via APIs. When something changes, its AI repairs the workflow instead of giving up.

  • Phones, browsers and APIs
  • AI repairs instead of giving up
  • Phones stay at your site
Live view of tasks: six phones run app checks, a content preview and process automation; a browser downloads invoices from a supplier portal; an API job renders product videos. One phone reports an unknown dialog and is waiting for help.
What you can hand over

What HoneyBot does for you – four examples.

If a task repeats and happens in an app, on a website or in a content tool, HoneyBot can usually take it on.

Content · image & video modelse.g. 10 photos → 30 videos a week

Product videos from product photos

Today
Every video is made by hand – a few a week at best.
With HoneyBot
HoneyBot generates variants with open-source and commercial image and video models, checks them against your guidelines and queues them for your approval. Approved content goes to your channels through their official interfaces.
Browserevery morning at 7:00

Invoices from supplier portals

Today
Someone logs into a dozen portals every morning and downloads PDFs by hand.
With HoneyBot
HoneyBot signs in, downloads new invoices and files them in your accounting system – with a screenshot of every step.
Android & iPhoneevery 15 minutes

Checkout check in your app

Today
You find out from customers that the app is broken.
With HoneyBot
HoneyBot runs your most important journeys on real phones and alerts you within minutes – including the screen where it broke.
Locationsdaily from 5 countries

What customers abroad really see

Today
Prices, offers and ads in other countries are only checked now and then.
With HoneyBot
HoneyBot checks them every day from the right country and mobile network and documents what customers there actually see.

Your task isn’t listed? If it repeats and happens in an app, a browser or a content tool, it’s probably a fit. Tell us about it.

How it works

From a task to a workflow that gets better every time.

  1. Describe

Show us the task or describe it: which app or website, which steps, what counts as done.

  2. Build

It becomes a fixed workflow with clear checkpoints. In the pilot we build it with you; AI-assisted building is in development.

  3. Run

On a schedule or on demand – on real phones, in browsers or via APIs. Every step is documented with a screenshot.

  4. Repair and improve

If something changes, the AI rescues the run. If it isn’t sure, a person takes over live. Every fix becomes a better, tested version.

When something unexpected happens

Apps and websites change all the time. HoneyBot doesn’t click on blindly and doesn’t give up – it works through a clear sequence:

  • Fixed rules first. Known screens run on tested rules – fast, cheap and the same every time.
  • Then the AI. If a screen is new, the AI recognises it and rescues the run with an action your workflow allows.
  • Then a person. If the AI isn’t sure, the right person takes over live in the browser and hands back.
  • Never for what matters. Logins, payments, posts and deletions are never decided by AI.

AI assistance is switched on deliberately per workspace. Screens showing passwords or codes never go to external AI providers.

Why HoneyBot

Not an AI agent that guesses at every click.

AI agents ask a language model at every step – impressive in a demo, expensive and unpredictable in daily operation. Classic scripts are reliable until the first button moves. HoneyBot combines both: fixed workflows that run reliably, and AI that only steps in when something new happens.

Typical AI agentHoneyBot

How a task runs

The language model decides every click

A fixed, tested workflow runs

The same task tomorrow

May behave differently each time

Runs the same way – reproducibly

Cost per run

Model costs on every step

Model costs only when something needs repairing

When something changes

Improvises – or gets stuck

AI repairs within clear limits; a person takes over if it’s unsure

Afterwards

Hard to trace what happened

A screenshot and log entry for every step

Over time

Starts from scratch every time

Every fix becomes a better, tested version

Need a task done just once? A general AI assistant is often enough. HoneyBot pays off for work that repeats.

Security & control

Your phones and data stay where they are.

Automation is only valuable if you can trust it – and if your legal team can sleep at night.

Your site

Stays with you

  • Phones and apps
  • App data on the phones
  • The apps’ network traffic
  • Local HoneyBot controller

HoneyBot platform

What the platform sees

  • Workflows and their versions
  • A screenshot for every step
  • Logs and run status
  • Users, roles and approvals

Outbound only, TLS-encrypted – No inbound firewall rules needed.

Screens showing passwords or codes are never sent to external AI providers.

Only your own or authorised apps, accounts and channels

We automate what you own or are explicitly authorised to use – within the terms of each service.

Approval where it matters

Content, new workflow versions and sensitive actions only go live once the right person has approved them.

Strict client isolation

Data, devices and permissions are separated per client – enforced on the server, not just hidden in the interface.

Credentials stay protected

Stored securely, visible only with explicit permission, never in logs or error messages. Every access is recorded.

Early access

A pilot with a clear scope – and a clear end.

  1. Pick one task

In a first conversation we choose the recurring task that costs you the most time.

  2. Set it up together

We connect your phones, browsers or interfaces and build the workflow with you – personally, not through a ticket queue.

  3. Run it for real

The workflow runs in your day-to-day operations, with evidence for every run and regular check-ins with us.

  4. Decide

At the end you decide: continue, expand – or stop. No lock-in.

A good fit if

  • A task repeats daily or weekly and ties up your team
  • Apps or portals without an API cost you time
  • You regularly need images or videos for your own brands
  • You need proof of what actually happened

Not the right fit if

  • You only need a task done once
  • You want to automate accounts that aren’t yours
  • You’re looking for a consumer tool

Where we are: HoneyBot is in early access. Phones, browsers, APIs and content production are rolled out step by step with our pilot customers; AI-assisted workflow building is in development. In our first call we tell you exactly what’s available for your task.

FAQ

Good to know.

Which tasks are a good fit?

Tasks that repeat – daily, weekly or every few minutes – and happen in an app, on a website or in a content tool. The clearer it is what counts as “done”, the better. One-off tasks are rarely worth it.

Phone, browser or API – which one is used?

The most reliable route for each task: an official interface where one exists, a browser for web portals and a real phone where there is only an app. All three run in the same workflow, with the same evidence and the same takeover.

Does the AI act on its own?

Only within narrow limits. It steps in when something new happens, rescues the run with an action your workflow allows and hands over to a person when it is unsure. Logins, payments, posts and deletions are never decided by AI, and screens showing passwords or codes never go to external AI providers.

Which image and video models do you use?

Open-source models, for example via ComfyUI, as well as commercial models. Which ones fit your content, budget and data protection requirements is something we decide together in the pilot.

Can HoneyBot publish content?

Yes – to your own channels, through their official interfaces and only after your approval. Real phones and browsers are used to preview and check content.

Where are the phones located?

At your site. A local controller connects them securely to the browser interface – your devices, your networks.

What may be automated?

Your own or authorised apps, accounts and channels, within the terms of each service.

Can our clients look in themselves?

Yes. Clients work in the same interface but only see their own space and exactly the features you enable for them.

What does it cost?

Pilot terms depend on the number of tasks, devices and model usage. We name a concrete price in our first call.

Which task would you hand over first?

Tell us about it – we’ll show you how HoneyBot would handle it and whether you’re a fit for early access.
