For this website. Processing of data within the HoneyBot platform is governed by our agreements with customers.

We have not appointed a data protection officer, as we are not required to do so under Art. 37 GDPR.
2. In short
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools and embeds no third-party content. Fonts are served from our own server. No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place.
3. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (Cloudflare Pages). When you visit it, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, the page requested, referrer and browser identifier in order to deliver the website and keep it secure. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of the website. Cloudflare retains this log data only for as long as these purposes require; details are set out in Cloudflare’s privacy policy. We have a data processing agreement with Cloudflare pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
Cloudflare operates a worldwide network, so data may also be processed outside the EEA, in particular in the USA. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; transfers to the USA are based on the European Commission’s adequacy decision (Art. 45 GDPR) and, in addition, on standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).
4. Contacting us by email
If you email us, we process your details in order to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the data once your enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply. We use Google Workspace as a processor for our mailbox; our contracting party is Google Cloud EMEA Limited, 70 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland. We have a data processing agreement with Google pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Data may also be processed by Google LLC in the USA; such transfers are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR) and standard contractual clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).
5. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR). To exercise them, please contact us at the address above.
6. Right to lodge a complaint
You may lodge a complaint with any data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), in particular in the EU member state where you live or work. The authority responsible for us is:
